Delete your Numero account

You can permanently delete your Numero account at any time. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or data.

1. Open Numero and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings, then select Data controls.
3. Select Delete account and continue.
4. Enter your account email address when prompted.
5. Select Permanently delete account to confirm.

This action cannot be undone.

You can remove all financial records Numero has recognized while keeping your profile and connected sources active.

1. Open Numero and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings, then select Data controls.
3. Select Delete all data.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your connected sources remain connected and can be rescanned. This action does not delete your Numero account.

If you cannot access Numero, email us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include only the email address used for your Numero account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

• Your Numero profile and sign-in access
• Connected source authorizations and encrypted access tokens
• Recognized financial data, Financial Memory, signals, moments, and related preferences
• Other account data associated with your Numero user ID

Numero does not retain original email bodies or attachments as part of your Financial Memory.

Limited records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Those records are kept only for the period required by the applicable obligation. Support correspondence submitted before deletion may be kept as a support record and is no longer linked to your deleted Numero user ID.
